END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Entidad (“Company” or “we”) for the use of Unmio (“Software”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Grant
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions
You shall not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

4. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
